Landlords' properties vary greatly from single dwellings to large and multiple occupation properties.
Landlords' needs also vary, from wanting to be involved to taking a back seat approach. We offer various options which take this into account as to suit all needs.
Fees are generally around 10% of the rental income, but can vary depending on the property. The fee is negotiable for portfolios.

Basic Property Management

Once your property has been assessed and accepted we will take a photo inventory of your property.
We will advertise your property at the agreed rental and arrange all viewings. We will obtain references and wage verification for prospective tenants.
We will collect the monthly rent and transfer to your bank account each month.
Any repairs or maintenance needed will be reported direct to the Landlord.
The fee for the basic management option is a commission of 8% of the rental income.

Full Property Management

Once your property has been assessed and accepted we will and take a photo inventory of your property.

We will advertise your property at the agreed rental and arrange all viewings. We will obtain references and wage verification for prospective tenants.
We will collect the monthly rent and transfer to your bank account each month.
Should any repairs/maintenance be needed, we will contact you first in order for you to able to use your own workmen for the job or we could arrange for the work to be done by our in house maintenance team and an invoice would be sent to you before the cost was taken from the next months rent.
We will carry out regular inspections on the property.
The fee for the full management option is a commission of 10% of the rental income.
